RETURNS & REFUND POLICY — HAREL ELECTRONICS

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

RETURNS
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, email us at smoothoperator1015@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at smoothoperator1015@gmail.com.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.
